This foundation series will generally cover the general PPP process in Indonesia. Sectorial PPP Foundation will be implemented on demand.

PPP Contract Structuring and Management
PPP Contract Structuring and Management is a comprehensive training for personnel handling PPP contracts. This course is aimed to provide in-depth discussion on structuring PPP contracts in general and sectorial specific (on demand), including how to manage PPP contract during concession period.

Financing PPP Projects: Structure and Risk

This course is suitable for private sector specifically banks and financial institutions who is aiming to understand the financing structure on a PPP projects and how to asses project risks associated with the infrastructure development.

CP3P Training and Certification in Indonesia*

CISI must be registered as Accredited Training Organizations (”ATO”) by APMG to be able to provide training and examination of the CP3P Certification which license to conduct is currently held by APMG (ppp-certification.com). Training organizations who intends to provide training and certification under APMG Services must register as ATO. APMG ATO certification is more beneficial to CISI in the long run and it opens the opportunity to grab other certification scheme held by APMG International.

CP3P is a certification program for professional focusing on Public Private Partnership which is an innovation of several Multinational Development Banks and together with APMG International. Infrastructure in Indonesia is emerging and the need of qualified PPP professionals is rising up significantly yet the CP3P Certification Program remains inaccessible for Indonesians. CISI registers itself as Accredited Training Organizations (ongoing) under APMG International to bring CP3P Certification Program in Indonesia. All our trainers are experienced PPP professional which also hold certification from APMG (ongoing).

Training method for CP3P Certification Program preparation can be tailored as an intensive in-house training for your organization or you can participate in our public courses at available dates.
