Throughout his professional career, Sahala has more than 20 years of experience in serving clients from the infrastructure and financial industry in Indonesia. He also currently leads the Lead Advisory of EY ASEAN.

His competencies cover Merger & Acquisition Advisory, Transaction Integration, Transaction Support, Buy-side & Sell-side Due Diligence, Post-deal support, Feasibility Study and Business Planning, as well as Performance Improvement.

He earned a degree in Economics from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Business Administration from the Western Illinois University, USA.
